Refund & Return Policy

Cancellation, Return, Exchange, and Refund

  • Card payments will be refunded to the same card via the payment gateway which the
    original payment was initiated. It will take up to 7 working days for the payment to be
    processed and refunded.
  • Cash on delivery payments will be transferred to the customer’s bank account once the
    bank details are provided to keema.lk.
  • Once the product has been purchased and collected by, Or delivered to the consumer
    returns will not be accepted by us. As a strict policy, product return or exchange
    requests will not be accommodated for a customer’s unmatched expectations or
    change of mind, unless there is a valid defect with the product.
  • Exchanges will be accepted for the products that are brought back in the same as
    purchased, and brand-new condition. upon inspection, in consideration by our
    management the customer will be allowed to return or exchange the products.
  • Returns and exchanges are not possible after three days from the purchased date.
