Card payments will be refunded to the same card via the payment gateway which the original payment was initiated. It will take up to 7 working days for the payment to be processed and refunded.
Cash on delivery payments will be transferred to the customer’s bank account once the bank details are provided to keema.lk.
Once the product has been purchased and collected by, Or delivered to the consumer returns will not be accepted by us. As a strict policy, product return or exchange requests will not be accommodated for a customer’s unmatched expectations or change of mind, unless there is a valid defect with the product.
Exchanges will be accepted for the products that are brought back in the same as purchased, and brand-new condition. upon inspection, in consideration by our management the customer will be allowed to return or exchange the products.
Returns and exchanges are not possible after three days from the purchased date.
